Growing up, I watched my grandparents manage commercial and residential real estate. I saw the rewards that came with owning property, but I also saw the challenges. Those experiences taught me early that successful real estate ownership isn't about luck—it's about making informed decisions.
That lesson stayed with me.
After earning my Connecticut real estate license in 1999, I purchased my first investment property just two years later. Becoming both a Realtor® and an investor gave me a perspective that goes beyond contracts and closings. I understand what it's like to make decisions as a property owner, landlord, and investor because I've been there myself.
Today, I combine that experience with more than two decades of helping Connecticut property owners successfully navigate the selling process.
They're looking for someone who can solve problems.
Many of the people I work with are facing major life transitions. They may be downsizing after decades in the same home, settling an estate, selling because of a divorce, managing an inherited property, or living in another state while trying to sell a Connecticut home.
Each situation is different.
That's why I don't believe in one-size-fits-all real estate.
I create a strategy that's built around your goals, your timeline, and your property.
Although you'll work directly with me, you're also backed by an experienced marketing team and transaction coordination team that helps every listing receive professional attention from start to finish.
Together, we coordinate:
For qualified sellers, I can also help arrange access to pre-listing improvement funding, allowing many homeowners to complete repairs or updates before listing without paying those costs upfront. Repayment is typically made from the proceeds at closing.
I believe my clients deserve honest advice, clear communication, and a strategy designed around their individual goals.
One phrase sums up the way I work:
Your goals become my goals.
When you hire me, you're not hiring someone who's simply putting a sign in the yard.
You're hiring someone who treats your sale as if it were my own.
Whether you're selling your longtime family home, preparing an inherited property for sale, coordinating a transaction from another state, or planning your next investment move, I'm here to guide you through every step with experience, strategy, and straightforward advice.
If you're thinking about selling anywhere in New Haven County or surrounding communities, I'd love the opportunity to help you create a plan that works for you.
